The vineyards spread across the limestone-clay slopes that descend from La Torretta toward the Tidone river, facing south between two hundred and fifty and three hundred and fifty metres of altitude.
Soils rich in limestone and clay, constant ventilation from the Tidone valley corridor, marked day-night temperature swings. Three factors that, together, give the grapes the concentration and aromatic profile typical of the Colli Piacentini hills.
Minimal agronomic interventions, permanent green cover, hand-harvest. Each plot is followed individually for picking date and vinification.
Vineyards with a name: Salese, Clarente, Memo. And an exposure, and an age.
