Through this website we collect the data you provide via the forms (tasting booking, event request, reception site visit, contact, newsletter signup):
- full name
- email address
- phone number (if provided)
- date and number of guests for booking requests
- free-form message or booking notes
We do not collect payment data. We do not profile visitors. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking tools.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to booking, event, site-visit, contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Newsletter signup — legal basis: explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Tax and accounting obligations in case of confirmed booking — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Communication and transfers
Data is processed by authorised estate staff. It is not communicated to third parties nor transferred outside the European Union, except for newsletter delivery via transactional email services (for instance Formspree for form reception). Chosen providers adhere to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
- Contact / unconfirmed booking forms: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Confirmed bookings / fiscal data: 10 years for legal obligations.
- Newsletter: until unsubscription.
6. Your rights (arts. 15–22 GDPR)

- access to your personal data

- erasure (right to be forgotten)
